A Multi-attribute VIKOR Decision-making Method Based on Hesitant neutrosophic Sets

By combining neutrosophic sets and hesitant fuzzy sets, the definition of hesitant neutrosophic sets is presented. Based on the Euclidean distance and the cosine similarity formula, the similarity formula of neutrosophic sets is constructed.
